Salesforce | COP26
Evolution is innovation
Tech is following in Mother Nature’s footsteps.
What do tech and nature have in common? Constant iteration that strives for perfection. Salesforce was not only a sponsor of the 26th UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), but also devoted its resources towards fixing the problem. With Jane Goodall as our voice, the film “Evolution is Innovation” made a case for everyone to join in accelerating the global economy to Net Zero.

The Event
At the Salesforce venue at COP26, we designed an inviting space that served as a welcoming hub for partners, customers, innovators and Ecopreneurs to collaborate, learn, and exchange ideas.
Everything was designed with sustainability in mind. Materials were sourced locally to minimize carbon footprints. The wood paneling was salvaged timber that would be repurposed after the event. Digital displays were favored over printed materials, but whatever was printed would be reused for future events. Furniture and plants were donated to local charities for underserved communities.
Continuous content
Screens throughout the venue looped through custom videos created to explain Salesforce’s pillars of sustainability, products that help quantify and track emissions, and projects dedicated to combatting climate action. Videos were designed to be understood without sound, as the primary purpose of the venue was networking.
